Made locally using our wild venison by The Real Cure in Dorset, our Wild Venison Charcuterie Selection brings together three different cured meats, each showcasing the rich flavour and versatility of wild venison in a slightly different way.

Rich and savoury with the fruitiness of sloe and a hint of garlic.
Wild Venison Chorizo
Smoky, gently spiced and seasoned with sweet smoked paprika.
Wild Venison Pepperoni
A flavour packed, peppery addition to complete the selection.
Everything comes pre sliced and ready to eat, making it incredibly easy to put together a proper charcuterie board at home. Add good Cheese, crackers, chutney, pickles and perhaps a glass of something alongside it, and you're sorted!
Each 150g pack serves approximately 3 to 4 people, or stretches a little further as part of a larger spread with bread, Cheese and other accompaniments. It is also brilliant for picnics, drinks with friends or simply picking at straight from the pack.
As with all of our venison, the story begins long before it reaches the table. Our wild venison is harvested as part of necessary deer management, helping to maintain healthy deer populations and protect the habitats in which they live. The result is a truly wild, traceable British meat with provenance we are proud to stand behind.
Turning that venison into products such as this gives us another way for us to make full use of the carcass, showing just how versatile wild venison can be whilst giving you another easy way to enjoy it.
Our Wild Venison Salami’s are made with High Welfare Pork Fat. All items are gluten free.
Store in a cool dry place. Items do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Once opened, use within 5 days. Platters will arrive with a minimum 4 weeks shelf life.
