Delivery Information

VENISON & GAME DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

Our job isn’t complete until your order arrives safely at your door.

  • We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and parts of the Scottish Highlands.
  • We deliver to mainland UK postcodes on Wednesdays and Fridays using a next day service.
  • We offer delivery to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland every Thursday using a two day service.
  • At checkout you can browse and select the next available convenient delivery date for your carefully chosen order.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from Curtis Pitts Deer Services.

On the day your order is dispatched you will receive a text or email from our delivery partner DPD confirming your order is on its way. On the morning of delivery you will then receive a live tracking link and your delivery time slot.

If you aren’t going to be home for your delivery, our courier will leave your parcel in a safe place of your choosing. You will need to specify this at checkout or let DPD know via your unique tracking link.

Due to the nature of harvesting a wild, seasonal product, on occasion we may not have had opportunity to harvest enough of a particular product to fulfil your order.

We will contact you in the first instance with further options should this be the case.

CHARGES

For orders to mainland UK postcodes delivery charges are £9.00

For orders to the Highlands & Islands (2 day service) delivery charges are £16.00

For orders to Northern Ireland (2 day service) delivery charges are £20.00

OUR PACKAGING

At Curtis Pitts Deer Services we pride ourselves in ensuring that our finest quality
wild venison and game gets to you safely and in perfect condition.

Our sturdy, courier friendly packaging is designed to ensure your venison and
game keeps below 8C during delivery.

We understand that on occasion your delivery may not always take place when planned. Please rest assured that if this happens, our packaging is designed to keep your products cool and tasting their best for a minimum of 48 hours.

COLLECTION BY APPOINTMENT

We are pleased to offer a click and collect service for local buyers. Collection is available from Langlands Farm, Ashill, Devon, EX15 3NA by appointment only. You will be able to choose from a range of available collection dates at checkout.

Please note that whilst we endeavor to get your order to you in the stated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
