The small amount of pork make the sausages just that little bit juicier – straight venison sausages can be a little dry and hard because venison meat is so lean, containing very little fat. Whilst there is another way to soften them, which is to add loads of breadcrumbs and Rusk, we don’t want to do that! These Gluten Free sausages do not contain any Rusk.
