Made using a traditional artisanal method, each batch is roasted and gently simmered for 4–6 hours to create a deep, rich flavour, then packaged and frozen immediately to retain freshness and natural, preservative-free quality.

Use directly from frozen – gently defrost in a pan or microwave. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
