Cooking Instructions:
Bring the pheasant bomb to room temperature and preheat your oven to 170°C.
Season lightly with salt and pepper, then roast for approximately 50 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving to lock in the juices and ensure maximum flavour.
