Whole Wild Venison Carcass


Our wild Venison carcass are harvested from the fields and woods in the wild and are available to purchase as the entire Carcass fully butchered into a range of cuts, including steaks, loins, fillets, boned & rolled haunches, shanks, minced and diced. Alterntatively, each carcass can be butchered according to your exact requirements – simply add this information in your order notes at checkout. Please note that the carcass weight you choose is the carcass dead weight (in fur) in our larder, we then select the carcass for you and butcher it to your request, most venison carcass bone out (meat without bone) at 50-55% so this is the amount of boneless product you could expect to recieve.

Roe Deer Carcass 15kg
Small Fallow Deer Carcass 25kg
Large Fallow Deer Carcass 30kg

The seasonality of venison means that it is available from the start of August to the end of April.
