4.1 Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We always aim to deliver your order within the delivery slot stated by us at the time you place your order. We dispatch orders every Tuesday and Thursday, for delivery within 24hours of dispatch time.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4.2 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.If no one is available at the primary delivery address (nominated by you at the time you place your order) to take delivery of the order, we will leave your order in a safe place at your instruction at the address nominated. However, this is down to the courier provider used.
4.3 Events occurring outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your goods at the time agreed. In these circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the delivery time. In such an event, our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.
