DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

At Curtis Pitts Deer Services, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do – from ethical deer management to how our venison is delivered to your door.

We offer next-day delivery to mainland UK postcodes on Wednesdays and Fridays only. For the Highlands, deliveries are made every Thursday using a two-day service to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

HOW IT WORKS

Our mission is to provide traceable, sustainable wild venison and game that you can enjoy with complete confidence, knowing we stand behind every step of our process to ensure exceptional quality.

Because our products are truly wild and seasonal, all of our venison and game is supplied frozen. Each cut is vacuum packed and blast frozen within hours of butchery, locking in natural flavour, tenderness and nutritional goodness — with no additives or preservatives.

This careful process ensures your order arrives in ideal condition and gives you the flexibility to enjoy it whenever you choose. It also means that if your order arrives frozen or slightly thawed, it is safe to return it to your freezer — one of the many benefits of choosing Curtis Pitts Deer Services.

OUR COURIER SERVICE

To ensure our produce arrives safely and sustainably, we’ve chosen DPD as our trusted courier service.

DPD is committed to carbon-neutral shipping and aims to achieve net-zero emissions by 2040. With a growing fleet of emission-free electric delivery vehicles, innovative strategies to reduce ‘miles per parcel’ and a tree planting initiative, DPD shares our eco-conscious values.

By choosing DPD, we ensure that your wild venison arrives fresh, on time and in the most sustainable way possible.

OUR PACKAGING

Biodegradable, compostable and perfect for repurposing around the home and garden, our wool packaging provides high-performance insulation, keeping your order cool for up to 72 hours. Paired with a strong, recyclable cardboard outer, this eco-friendly solution helps us minimise waste and move towards a more sustainable future.

Once you’ve unpacked your order, you can reuse, recycle or compost the wool liner. It can be repurposed for pet bedding or home insulation, or simply added to your compost heap where it will naturally break down in to the soil. The plastic sleeve is fully recyclable within your household recycling, along with the cardboard outer.

COLLECTION BY APPOINTMENT

We’re pleased to offer a convenient click-and-collect service for local customers. Collections are available by appointment only from Langlands Farm, Ashill, Devon, EX15 3NA.

At checkout, you’ll be able to select from the available collection dates to choose a time that suits you.
