We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and parts of the Scottish Highlands.
Mainland (England, Wales & Scotland) – Next Day Delivery by DPD on a Wednesday or Friday – from £9.50 to £18.50 depending on weight of items ordered.
Channel Islands – Two Day Delivery by DPD on a Thursday or Friday – £30
Northern Ireland – Two Day Delivery by DPD on a Thursday or Friday – £20
Scottish Highlands – Two Day Delivery by DPD on a Thursday or Friday – £20

Due to the nature of harvesting a wild, seasonal product, at Curtis Pitts Deer Services our quality wild venison & game is sent out to our customers both fresh and frozen.
Freezing our produce at just the right moment, with ice, is nature’s best way of preserving food. It holds in all they key nutrients that our venison & game is jam-packed full of and ensures our produce reaches you perfectly, with plenty of time for you to enjoy it.
We strongly believe freezing to be one of the purest and healthiest ways to store our food. Furthermore, it means you can enjoy our wild venison all year round!
Because we have harvested, processed and packaged our venison & game so carefully, you can also safely re-freeze it once it has been defrosted. Therefore, on the occasion where your Curtis Pitts Deer Services produce arrives frozen, or partly defrosted, please do not worry. Whilst we would not recommend you do this with supermarket meat, this is one of the many benefits of shopping with Curtis Pitts Deer Services.

Our sturdy, courier friendly packaging is designed to ensure your venison & game keeps below 8 degrees during transportation direct to your door.
We understand that on occasion your delivery may not always take place when planned. Please rest assured that if this happens, our packaging is designed to keep your products cool and tasting their best for a minimum of 48 hours.
Our standard shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday every week, with delivery by DPD next-day on a Wednesday or Friday*. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.
* Please note delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will take two days from dispatch.
Due to the nature of harvesting a wild, seasonal product, on occasion we may not have had opportunity to harvest sufficient quantities of an item to fulfil your order. On the rare occasion this happens we will contact you in the first instance to arrange alternative delivery.
At checkout you will have the option to select from a range of delivery dates, be that the next available or a date in the future.
On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a text or email from our courier with a live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery. If you aren’t going to be home for your delivery, you can leave a note with our courier to leave your parcel in a safe place of your choosing.
Please note that whilst we endeavor to get your order to you in the stated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to resolve the problem.
